- What did you like most about the interview process?The gentleman who interviewed me was very empathetic because he and I had similar experiences
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people who I worked with were awesome
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Very kind and supportive, training was pretty good too. Felt misled after I started about my territory because it was completly saturated by several current kimball reps who had all "cornerstone" business established. I felt I was picking through the bones and chasing my tail.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Impossible pay plan in my opinion.. zero leads Very saturated market with Kimball reps in a territory I was led to believe was all mine. Very saturated with other companies. Kimball has good products but 20% higher cost than most and these days everyone is looking to spend less not 20% more
