What did you like most about the interview process?The communication with my manager and giving me the tools to always being willing to help and thoroughly explaining the culture of this new endeavor.
What makes you most happy at work?We have the american made products , a quick delievery process and having the ability to essentially run our own business with adding new cliental everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?The manager is thorough and proactive with giving up the proper tools and skills to succeed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Impossible pay plan in my opinion.. zero leads Very saturated market with Kimball reps in a territory I was led to believe was all mine. Very saturated with other companies. Kimball has good products but 20% higher cost than most and these days everyone is looking to spend less not 20% more
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Higher level of clarity on tinelines
