Recent Questions about HR at KinderCare Education

  • How does KinderCare Education handle HR issues?
Poorly is an understatement. The company motto is If you see something you say something. However I'd advise an employee to take it up with a National,State, or county official 1st to document it otherwise the company will retaliate against you. This happened to several employees in our area. Demotions, relocations, raises denied, and terminations were consequences of bringing issues to the attention of Human Resources.Plus Human Resources avoids their involvement and will not investigate claims . It gets turned over to Area Managers which allows for cover up to occur and continues the negative cycle. To many are afraid to "Say Something" because of the retaliation and consequences. DO NOT accept a job with this company! and if you have something to say go to the state agency 1st for your protection!
