They need to replace the entire executive team- they have driven off the talent that made it a good company. They all have gone to Learning Adventure & Learning Care Group.

I do not make enough to afford a one bedroom apartment on my own as a career teacher. I often go without medication because I cant afford it. My co teachers share similar stories
I'd rather have merit based pay increases.
Being a teacher there is a ton of responsiblity but the pay is not up to par
More pay and better benefits.
Better trained teachers with experience along with early child education/development knowledge.

I wish there was more transparency. Things arent consistent, and they make it out to be like it is.
It was fairly ok. Its just that nobody really stay there.

We are only perceived okay because managment is always lying to parents.
We need to be honest with the parents and stop thinking strictly about the corporations needs only and really focus on with the parents and the children need. KinderCare has gotten way too deep into its own bottom line and profits and his let go of the values of the children and staff.

Our manager doesn't know what she's doing. The company doesn't pay enough.
