What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to replace the entire executive team- they have driven off the talent that made it a good company. They all have gone to Learning Adventure & Learning Care Group.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?We need to be honest with the parents and stop thinking strictly about the corporations needs only and really focus on with the parents and the children need. KinderCare has gotten way too deep into its own bottom line and profits and his let go of the values of the children and staff.
