We always say we're a learning organization. We make lots of mistakes, and we're actually proud of that. Not because it's cool to make mistakes, but because it shows you're treading new water, trying new things, pioneering something. That's what I most enjoy about our culture.
Our head of people and culture team ensure that everyone feels comfortable and can have their voice heard.
Openness, transparency and collaboration are some of the key pillars of our culture along with everyone being super mission driven. It is a really engaging and fun place to work, with a mission we can all rally behind - helping small businesses!

Everyone here is passionate about Kinnek, about our mission. I love that everyone here, from the bottom to the top, leaves their egos at the door. We don't let our egos get in the way of working together. We don't let titles, background, hierarchy, etc. prevent innovation and change.
Everyone here brings a little bit of their personality to the table which makes us a really interesting and diverse group. We all like to spend time together both inside work and out, which makes us one large team.
Extremely cohesive, and led by an amazing team manager, Jeremy Kreitman.
