I perform the work of 3 people , feel appreciated by my manager and fellow workers and customers but not at all by anyone in upper management. Way too much expected of all employees. I pride myself on a good work ethic and do my utmost at every task. Low pay and uncaring by management is too much!

Great coworkers, great customers. Fantastic manager.

Helping customers , letting them know I am willing to help in anyway.

Manager is great. Best I've ever worked for. Person above her should make our concerns known.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have worked for 6 years for Kirkland's and am making $2 more than I started. $1 raise just came because Kirkland's had to raise the rate in order to get new hires .
