high prices, poor service, poor quality, and no variety in our style
We have an established expectation. We respect eachother and we work well as a team. Our manager communicates with us, knows what we need to be our best, and is clear about what they need to be successful.
Leadership provides direction, can listen, is aware of concers or opportunities, fosters development, acknowledges true (not superficial marketing) wins, provides clarity. Leadership invests in their staff & development. Kirkland's has a huge oppertunity to truly develop a leadership culture.
Our store. I will never go to another store. Our manager is the difference. Kirklands has no clue how to be positive. They push credit cards, kclub, & sales and they call that customer service. That's making Kirkland's plan not customer service.
Hourly wage & hours are far beneath market. Salary expectations maintain 45 or more weekly, never less than without scrutiny. Employee expectations are excessive. Staffing is often one person in a dangerous retail environment. I do not believe it is a safe place to work and no one cares.
