Almost once a week I get asked to work on a part of a week that Iclaim months in advance as unavailable due to my studies, but they refuse to acknowledge this and will instead interrogate me everytime I decline regardless of previous availability.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I don't get yelled at once per shift.

We are all inclusive towards race/ethnicity/sexuality and general expressions of self.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Reading and acknowledging the availability and mental health of their staff.

The slow build up to start working is a very smooth transition.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers on my level are fine; the majority of my management team dont respect me clearly and undermine me constantly.
