poor, you get no shifts after you hit 19 and the managers do not care about you at all and act like they are above you and talk down to you every chance they get. Even though their poor decisions ruin the store

everything. they have no intelligence whatsoever

managers talk down to employees frequently. no one in the store is getting adequate hours

better managers who care about their employees and apprecite their workers and stop overworking them

i liked my interveiwer. however now kmart accepts literally anyone without interveiws and then they wonder why their team is poor
