Rosters are given out the night before the work week, any kind of sick days are harshly frowned upon, anyone higher than a manager is unhelpful and do not seem to look after any wmployees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid well, but the discount benefits are terrible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being on schedule with things, getting help from a higher office when overwhelmed, rostering etc
