Communication skills. Most of the supervisors rarely know what is going on from shift to shift due to lack of communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What compensation? Only supervisors and up are full time, which leaves the majority of employees (in stores, the ones that are still open, that is) as part timers that are ineligible for any benefits.
