Coworkers overall are great, most are hard working and help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that for the amount of work that is required for me to be put in and the amount of years that I have worked for the company does not equal out fairly at all. Haven't gotten a raise at all due to pay freezes the entire time I've worked here
