when staff are getting cut, it is unfair for managers to expect us to make up the entirety of the workload.

being more reasonable with expectations of the employees, stop being so rude when we cannot get the job done when theyre the ones cutting staff members

i enjoy my job but at the end of every day we get yelled at due to not doing the work up to the standard the managers want
