It was a mostly positive experience with a few bad times. An ok starter job but little chance of making a career out of it

To have a long term strategy for what stores offer and carry. Also, listen to and use employee feedback.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think are jobs are undefined. Management uses us in whatever way they want. It could be improved by having certain defined duties
