If the "holiday season" is not as strong as the year before -they will do their best to layoff employees ... starting with those that are much older. Their is an atmosphere of elitism that keeps low-performing people working there.

It is quite low except right after a rousing speech at a town hall. Once the real results tend to roll in, and you soak in the work environment, it is sour.

More vacation. More socialization events.

they generally like Marc. he is a great communicator and speaker. Time will tell what he can improve.

line level managers. not many promotions

They are generally fine. Usually up there in age and experience, which has its advantages and disdvantages

How's the vacation policy at Kodak Alaris?
It is bad to average. 2 weeks starting out then you only add one week every 5 years, all at once. You can roll forward unused vacation which is nice though.
