What do you like best about the leadership team?
Current leadership are there to eliminate costs and fill their pockets.
New leadership is from Private Equity so they do not care about employees or the long-term health of the company.
Willing to listen to make innovative changes
Our current CEO (Marc) says lots of the right things.
Great at the very top. Middle is just riding it out
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Current leadership needs to care about the employees. A simple hello would be enough. The C-level executive currently onsite doesn't even do that.
Listening to the team, those who are on the field
Communication to employees, everything is a secret.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Severance package has been cut back for years, it once was outstanding
The company pays overtime for any work done beyond normal worktime
healthcare is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Great difference between loyal people and new people compensation
The health care benefits continue to decline every year and the 401k match was recently reduced from 7% to 3%. Employees are not awarded equity. Non-sales bonuses have been rare in recent years.

We all support one another

More involvement, dedication and motivation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees were willing to stand by others and assist when needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be fair so that people become motivated
Gain more 3rd party business, and respect your employees
More training. More research-type projects or other longer term planning for success. Stop having so many layoffs.

Fairly easy and straight forward.
