Payday. Meetings are always about making more money, usually by selling customers things that are covered by a service contract.

Employees were willing to stand by others and assist when needed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management needs to be fair so that people become motivated

Gain more 3rd party business, and respect your employees

More training. More research-type projects or other longer term planning for success. Stop having so many layoffs.
