pretty much wish for a miracle, someone who isn't trying to sink the company

digital is growing faster and film is going down the tubes
Flexo is grown my the fastest but it's a relatively small part of the overall business. The digital print, plates and software are all seeing increased competition that is causing price pressures and ultimately margin pressure.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Eastman Kodak?
I would restructure it to make sense, To many changes and not for the better. Listen to the employees better, we are on the frontline and we know better whats happening
It's all about building a culture around execution. There are a lot of employees feel that they have a right to slack off as someone else will pick up the slack.
