What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best of the best.
There really is nothing special about our leadership team, they should go for retraining actually
Leadership does not listen nor value employees
they seem to be as frustrated as everyone else, and appear to be on the regular employees side
Their honesty and faithfulness and dedication to the business within itself.

Time off bacation and getaways

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am highly educated with a lot of experience and a wide range of skills, I do not get compensated fairly for this.
Pay is not competitive. Cost cutting at the expense of employees welfare.

On time, thorough, neat ,and willing.

I didn't actually interview with them, I was hired by another fantastic company that then got sold to Kodak

Working in product development and developing new products

the top are mishandling everything and destroying the whole company
later schedule, dealing with daily life hassles
