It's small so easy to communicate

Working in product development and developing new products

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There really is nothing special about our leadership team, they should go for retraining actually

What did you like most about the interview process?

I didn't actually interview with them, I was hired by another fantastic company that then got sold to Kodak

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am highly educated with a lot of experience and a wide range of skills, I do not get compensated fairly for this.
