Current leadership needs to care about the employees. A simple hello would be enough. The C-level executive currently onsite doesn't even do that.

Great difference between loyal people and new people compensation
The health care benefits continue to decline every year and the 401k match was recently reduced from 7% to 3%. Employees are not awarded equity. Non-sales bonuses have been rare in recent years.
More involvement, dedication and motivation
Management needs to be fair so that people become motivated
Gain more 3rd party business, and respect your employees
More training. More research-type projects or other longer term planning for success. Stop having so many layoffs.
