Honestly the money is not so much the problem. It is the management and leadership which is making everyone fed up and quit morale and numbers are lower and lower each day and only get worse. People who have been their less than 6 months already looking for other jobs because they are unhappy

I feel as though I am not listened to by my manager. He is very inconsistent with his moods. As well as this, he will not pitch in with cleaning or customers leaving one person to deal with a que of customers. During Ramadan we are not allowed even a 10 minute break 'a quick bite to eat then back'

I don't think our checks add up to our hourly wage every week. Working full time at 11.50$ for 35 to 40 hrs and still not making 500$ weekly doesn't seem right.
