What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Get better staff equipment and management

You have an entire shop full of clowns that dont work and give out hundreds of free merchandise while paying people to sit around and do nothing

I think my manager needs to change the way the company works, be a bit more considerate of employees and not put all responsibility onto one person whilst on shift with us. Needs to be better time management skills and better employee welfare.

My general manager accuses everyone of stealing and won't ever do his part. Would rather run out of doughnuts than do any work

Management is inconsistent, one manager in particular makes my work life a constant source of torment (when brought up to my G.M. on several occasions it has been brushed off and treated as unimportant), management communication skills are abysmal

Shop gives out of product and the first shift "supervisor" is not properly trained except in retail. Gm works when shop us closed and nobody is there, then goes home and sleeps when shop is open so she is of no assistance in running the shop in the morning
