Listen to staff who work in the shops everyday. Acknowledgement of great achievements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unaware of talent and or any problems. They rush to relocate people but not educate people
What are some of the best things about your team?
Loyalty, honesty and hardworkers for the small pay and promising of raises but double work added.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently a working AGM and have for the past 4 months been acting GM with little appreciation or recognition given. I have worked continually 70 plus hours a week. I got my team set for success and half my team is being asked to relocate behind my back by superior management
