Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work I was doing was more then the other employees who I worked with. They were all busy playing with cellphones than working and washing hands and whereing gloves and maskes because of covid19. I applied for a manager and not recieved a ything yet.

If they would follow the guidelines when first hired and work by them. Not play games with cellphones and complaining about doing work. You don't work you don't eat. PERIOD!!!!

Stop complaining about your family and friends and do your job. If you complain about money. Work harder at your job to get it!! Something my grandfather told me all the time

What makes you most happy at work?
Just being able to finish up the night and finish deliveries. i also get very happy when i encounter happy customers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is inconsistent, one manager in particular makes my work life a constant source of torment (when brought up to my G.M. on several occasions it has been brushed off and treated as unimportant), management communication skills are abysmal
