The beginning was decent but recently the General Manager of my store has been borderline verbally abusive towards me because of things that she has done on her part. I am currently a college student and my flexibility hasn't been what it used to be and I also have unexpected situations come up.

The best things about my team, I would say, is the other doughnut specialist and doughnut decorators.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that workers are people too and not flexible sometimes. Most workers are people that are in school as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with Krispy Kreme since February of 2021 and I get paid less than everyone else that works there, but I also do more work then those individuals
