You have an entire shop full of clowns that dont work and give out hundreds of free merchandise while paying people to sit around and do nothing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my manager made me quit because all they woukd do is talk really bad about certain employees even tho they are GMs and AGMs and i feel a good compensation would be to physically go to shop #016 in knightdale northcarolina because their DM allows them to do whatever
