By being a team and not just looking out for ones self. Seeing the bigger picture and being praised for a job well done vs treated pics poor everyday even when the hobs is done well management is never happy or satisfied
Honestly the money is not so much the problem. It is the management and leadership which is making everyone fed up and quit morale and numbers are lower and lower each day and only get worse. People who have been their less than 6 months already looking for other jobs because they are unhappy
