I am being harassed at work, and being overworked
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to improve overall functionality of the staff, and they need to provide a safe and friendly work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the customers are the only part of the job that isn't bad, because they are the only happy ones that come in
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would improve it by letting a interviewees file the paperwork in store rather than having them fill it out at home, as well as advertise the position better, and create a friendly and welcoming environment to encourage more applicants
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to improve their work ethics, attitude, and actually do their fair share of the job and treat each others as equals. I believe we could work better together if we even had meetings, if our store manager actually do their job, the supervisors need to stop harassing the employees,etc
