Awful for management but good experience with some of the employees. I did not get along with the lazy employees but the employees that actually come to do work, I enjoyed
What did you like most about the interview process?
Well my interview was years ago but it was fine
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My gm knew I was underpaid but would not do anything about it. Honestly she doesn't want people under her to succeed because then they may move above her
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First the gm has no management training and prides herself on friendships instead of leadership. The shop is highly unorganized! Employees call out all the time and no replacements are found so everyone that is there is struggling
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the employees are awesome and I have so much sympathy for them. It was said last week by an employee "lazy people should love it here because they have it easy. The hard workers suffer because everything gets put on them".
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Shop gives out of product and the first shift "supervisor" is not properly trained except in retail. Gm works when shop us closed and nobody is there, then goes home and sleeps when shop is open so she is of no assistance in running the shop in the morning
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The Greenville NC shop is now corporate owned and they really need to place undercover employees to see exactly what is going on in this shop. Also bring in an outside shop manager because the ones currently there are to wrapped up in the personal instead of business with employees
