Management is garbage at every level asked for a raise for my team and the man said and I quote "in my experience money isn't always the case" but when they ask why people level after working a couple days and don't stay its because it's alot of work for the money they're not being competitive

Ask the basic questions and not some life questioner

Pay the employees what they deserve and they'll try hard to serve customers better

Diversity is the only pro we just laugh and try to make the best of it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When asked for a raise they beat around the bush and they just lie no integrity at all
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening is basically the only thing but they ask for your opinions and it goes in one ear and goes out the other
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They have to value the bottom end of employees not just management when every business it bad the first thing to cut cost is cut hours never have I seen any of them take a pay cut
