Management does not care about the quality if the product. Many cases there was cross contamination and old product being sent out to shops. I was harrassed but management and Supervisors and HR was not even helpful. There has been serious outbreaks that can hurt customers and they did not report it

I was targeted on my raice and work ethic
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be fired, they abuse power and drink on the job. This is the future of the New York Market.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This "leadership team" needs to be replaced and fired. They need a QC with protection. Management sleeps around with its employees and smokes weed and gets caught and does not get any CA for this.
