We're all here to help each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work very well together. There is a good melding of minds and work ethics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the pay should be higher, especially a shift differential for overnight work, but it seems pretty standard
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I am productive enough to feel like I am making a difference but not being taken advantage of.
