Posting payments. We had a very short training and get no direction when there are errors aside from something is going to lose their job if they don't begin to correct their mistakes.

Front desk NEEDS to Treat the housekeeping better. Maybe front office could help out every now and thing. And treat customers with a little repect and kindness .

The way management treats us.
My boss borderline doesnt let me use my PSL, and demands doctors not that i cant afford right if the bat. Then turns around and lets one if my coworkers come in over 30 mins late everyday and so far she has not had any consquences.
Pay is horrible,double work no incentive
The general manager in Wenatchee Washington dose not treat her empoyee fairly and singles out people she doesn't like or hadn't gotten to know . She put her and her favorite above the rest of the staff with bonuses and hours and work load.
More training and better pay for such a job will make anyone feel better.

Communication nobody says how they really feel regarding the managers cut backs because he wants to make the purchase numbers look good but the hotel suffers from this and our cleanliness number goes down.

How quick it was. Within just a couple days I got a call back and an interview. Started within a week.

Many of the sheets are torn and stained , we have to find a way to hide it so the guest dont see it . I dont know if this a saving cost proposal but i dont think its a good one , we dont ever have enough sheets
