Management is horrible. They need to take training classes on how to respect their employees. Have never been treated this way ever.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting and communicating appropriately with workers. If I could rate 0 for management I would. Charged $300 out of pocket fee to an employee for a mistake they made when they didn't get a customers payment. HR needs to get involved. Come into work everyday feeling intimidated.
