They need more people skills they lack compassion and don't encourage or reward employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe base rate should be higher because rates are too difficult to obtain on harder chairs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The ways we earn could be streamlined to focus on ways we could better make money when there are issues beyond employee control like sewing.
