Asked to do far too much wirk

The work we do is NOT worth $11 an hour! Commission is not a worry because at the end of the day its about how much you help the customer but base pay is atrocious in 2023.

HR increase benefit package without any discussion with the staff. I do not get any stock options

I don’t have any stock benefits, our benefits are increased by HR with no discussion with the team on any changes. We have recently gone from 8% to 6%. Not a single person is making more money than they did last year. Management does not care I cannot state that enough. I feel very undervalu

More active management. They pride themselves on room for growth except thats not actually the case. They chose favorites for the wrong reasons. I watched a coworker be mentally abused and the MSM and HR took no action.

Most of my coworkers are the management team and they do not have a unanimous or concrete sense of direction when it comes to anything in the store. They all just do everything at their discretion even if it means confusing everybody else to do so.

There is not much that can be done when management is promoting a toxic workplace with toxic employees.

My coworkers work well individually, but the larger picture is not conveyed well down the line.

I was asked how old I was during my interview by senior management. That is actually illegal and it made me very very very uncomfortable

I was asked by senior management during my interview how old I was. That is illegal. I was thrown back, I did not know how to answer. They seem to just want to hire anybody, but once they train them and they figure out how awful the store is to work out they quit. They promise false promises

It cannot be improved. This company is in a death spiral.

Underpaid and undervalued based on the degree of professionalism the management expressed they wanted and the low hourly pay rate and very challenging commission structure. Felt like you were making the company money, but were not paid personally for your value.
