How employees describe working at Lands' End

Very flexible low stress job and can work from home but only get *occasional* cost of living raise, but pay could be better & not alot of room to move up.

Leadership team may not have talent, or good ideas, or impulse control, but they do have MASSIVE egos so when they're stating the obvious or have another mind numbingly dumb suggestion, they sound very confident. Toxic.

I only work during peak seasons but always feel welcomed
