They need to get better at everything. Having a strategy. Having ideas. Making decisions. Hiring competent people. Not throwing tantrums. Not devolving into shouting matches over completely insignificant things. Treating employees with respect. Taking responsibility for anything. etc
The ability for my family to use the Health Center on Campus free of charge.
White men who are buddies with executive team who contribute nothing and leave with a nice severance package after a few years are paid handsomely. People who care about the brand and do the work to make it better are not.
You find some go above and beyond to help you while others barely do their job effectively
