What do you like best about the leadership team?
My lead listens to feedback and is compassionate / fights for her team.
That they are willing to listen to reasoning when I disagree with the best way to get the product made.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at everything. Having a strategy. Having ideas. Making decisions. Hiring competent people. Not throwing tantrums. Not devolving into shouting matches over completely insignificant things. Treating employees with respect. Taking responsibility for anything. etc
