What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ceo lacked the experience to lead or humility to hear feedback that was contrary to her vision. No wonder there was a revolving door of experienced and talented folks. Company shut down abruptly without any notice.
Inexperienced and arrogant CEO. Experienced leadership hires are at a loss.

People who are not part of leadership are making the best of things. Culture is pretty clique-y. But we all hate the CEO.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leader who can be fact based and honest
CEO needs to move out. Her lack of experience and transparency has cost the business. I fell for the sales pith and it hurt my career trajectory and growth as an engineer. You don't grow there. You just make landing pages everyday.
