One thing that needs to change is the shared tipping management and cashiers that don't park cars don't run up and down stairs back-and-forth to get people their cars on time should not get a part of the tips that I get
I think higher wages would help
I believe that all employees should have vacation benefits , and health benefits and also opportunities to work other areas and not limit vacation time to managers only !!!
Being at risk to catch covid and working outside in the cold and rain shounld be $20 a hour

There is more focus on valet but that carries more importance then areas like trolley , because trolley doesn't have enough employees so it stressful to know that if some has a appointment or important situation there is no coverage to to handle such situations
Bosses don't want to improve the work place they want to run it like highschool drama, retaliation when talking to hire ups in the company is unacceptable
