Customer service, good co workers

The customers and making people happy

When customers approach me to give me nice compliments on my customer service.

The fact that I get to interact with customers

The tenants and my work space. I dont have s lot people in the office with me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just be nicer to the clients

There is more focus on valet but that carries more importance then areas like trolley , because trolley doesn't have enough employees so it stressful to know that if some has a appointment or important situation there is no coverage to to handle such situations

Bosses don't want to improve the work place they want to run it like highschool drama, retaliation when talking to hire ups in the company is unacceptable
