What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is super friendly. And while we all take a work very seriously, we also allow ourselves to enjoy each other's company when we need to step away for a bit.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing tangible goals is always nice. My manager and I set goals at the beginning of each month, and then we check on them the following month. It's always nice to have visible progress!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO and paid-to-play perks are amazing. Taking time off is strongly encouraged here, especially in the last couple of years when we all need to take a mental health day from time to time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I definitely look forward to chatting with my team, especially for brainstorming sessions. The mood is always relaxed and fun, and we even spend a little time just catching up. It's definitely a nice contrast to meetings that can be a bit more strict and stuffy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really feel like my goals are heard and my managers do what they can to help me reach those goals. It feels like they genuinely want me to grow with the company and are very understanding when I need a little extra time to learn something new.
