I like being paid... but it was a good conversation in the hiring process and they listened to the compensation request made.

It's completely inclusive. From the highest level to the low man on the totem pole everyone speaks to you with the same level of respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The communication! Working remote can be a struggle but the team always communicates either in chat or over the phone so you don't feel like you're alone on an island.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent in the companies goals and the steps taken to get there. They also openly welcome feedback, ideas and general conversation about the same. A very nice change of pace.
