
I think my team could use some better communication strategies, everyone has a tendency to be off in their own world.
I think my team is given a lot of autonomy, which is great, but it can sometimes lead to directionlessness, or lack of clarity around expectations and goals.
I unfortunately don't get a lot of mentorship or guidance or feedback from my direct manager, but higher level leadership goes out of their way to stay involved and communicate to the company.
The team that hired me worked hard to make me an offer that was very easy to say yes to. My generous compensation makes it easy to justify always going the extra mile on my projects.
