I'm thankful to have this job to start my career, but I'm not heard as a low level employee. I bring ideas for improvements to my manager for them to be diminished. I really believe in the work we do, but there is little to no growth opportunities in my department. Also, the attrition rate is high.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited paid time off, free legal assistance, and free access to care.com has been amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we have so many female leaders and a diverse leader team. However, some brands have more diversity than others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team gets along really well and everyone is supportive and kind to each other. I just wish people would stay instead of the constant attrition.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a diverse group with many backgrounds and my coworkers believe in what we are doing. I've become friends with many of my coworkers and they have made working here a delight.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I was promised a temp to permanent hire position and I worked as a temp for a full year before I was added on as permanent even though there was a huge need for my position. Temp workers are expected to do the exact same job as the full time employees in my department for less pay, no pto.
