Most of the team cares about the business and it shows in the quality of their work. They will rise to the occasion when they're urgently needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people to whom I report and people that report to me. We care about each other and are on the same page to achieve the same goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a good job of addressing social or political issues and being sympathetic to the needs of its staff, as best that it can - whether it's about diversity/inclusion or pandemic challenges. The leadership group is attentive and responsive to the needs of the Leaf community.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the care and thought put into how staff members are treated - being empathetic to different social/cultural groups that staffers identify with. From the diverse group of speakers we bring in to various tools to keep us thinking and engaged about how we should treat and work with each other.
