I feel great about my compensation and I feel valued. I am emotionally invested in the success of League and would like to see a path to earn more options/stock over time.

The stock options seem to be a bit convoluted. To my knowledge, some people get them, and some don't? I've heard from different people, different things. Would be nice to get some more clarity on this - because I'd obviously like to have some skin in the game for this rocket ship.
