I have not had the opportunity to meet anyone due to being working remotely.

The various activities that are done such as different trainings not necessarily about logistics but other topics
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus for key people has helped tremendously! I think we can definitely have more benefits such as store discounts but overall, everything has been good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is people with less experience that come right in the company with a better salary than people that been here 3+ years. I believe there needs to be a very salary equality
